Thanks for the tips, and I'll have to check out the cap. I do have a rip for you if you don't mind. You may want to look into getting a food allergy test done to clear up your skin. Until I had mine done(allergicto16 foods) I didn't realize how much those foods were affecting my health. From cystic acne, facial hives, joint/stomach/sinus pain, and inflammation/swelling. It was a true game changer once I eliminated those foods.
