I remember when I got diagnosed back in 2020 I was crushed because of knowing there was no cure and the possibility of having trouble convincing. With the help of birth control, weight management I became pregnant with no fertility intervention in 2022 and gave birth in January 2023 to a healthy baby boy 🩵 Today I feel amazing then ever I still continue with weight management that has tremendously helped my PCOS in the last 4 years since being diagnosed. PCOS is a diagnosis but it will not define me ❤ love your video and the awareness!!!

It's been a month since I've started taking Nutrafol. The stomach aches omg it's a stabbing deep stomach pain followed by diarrhea. I have to stop using it. Today is the last day.😢

I experienced migraines, nausea and heart palpitations when I took Nutrafol with my multivitamin, so I stopped taking Nutrafol. However, I missed how flawless Nutrafol made my complexion as well as improved my hair, so I ceased all other supplements and took Nutrafol while eating a meal with a full bottle of water. No more side effects! I drink vegetable and fruit shots that I juice with every meal and drink more water to substitute for the multivitamin I used to take. Taking Nutrafol with other supplements can be "too much of a good thing"; a double dose of certain vitamins can be toxic to your system.

Came to KZfaq University to see if anyone was having similar symptoms, and here you are 😊 thanks for sharing and posting because I started yester with only 2 pills and I experienced the same symptoms, in addition to excessive itching ALL over, which last for hours. I took 2 pills again today and same reaction 😮 so tomorrow. I would cut it back to 1 pill a day and hopefully, things will get better ❤

THE HUNGER PAINS!!!! THAT IS GASTROPARESIS!!!!! Slow gastric motility!!! It could be slowing down your gut motility!!!! You can take a 5mg buspar also an anti anxiety med to increase motility. You can get a motility test and they should prescribe it! DONT take reglan, you cannot take it for more than 3 months or it causes tar dive dyskinesia!! That’s only for major Gastroparesis, I had it and the pain I had was absolutely horrific. I’d be throwing up everyday. I wanted to kill myself till I got the reglan. But yours sounds mild, so if you wanna continue the med, try to get some buspar from your gp

Ok this is a weird question but, could the stomach upset actually lead to weight loss? Like if it makes you a little nauseous or reduces appetite is different from gastric pain that could be distracting and require pain relief. Thanks to anyone who’s had experience with this and has an opinion!

Great video, I love all of them! ❤ Many times I have to take smaller doses more frequently. I would recommend 1 vitamin with breakfast, 1 with lunch and 2 with dinner. Also continue drinking a lot of water as you mentioned. Hopefully this will work for both of us. Have a wonderful year! 🎉

When i was using it i got extreme acid reflux, to the point i had to stop. I have three bottles just sitting in my draw at home. 🤷🏾‍♂️

It has A LOT of biotin in it too..WAY above the recommended daily dose, so if you're taking it with a multi, it's too high. I take 1 or 2 daily. And rotate with my multi.
