It's funny to hear words take years evolving. The word "EPIC" for example. It started with little kids saying it all the time to describe anything they thought was cool. After the kids used the word for years then it caught on to teenagers and to younger adults. And now we're here 10+ years after the fact and now this guy describes a basic sounding snare as "EPIC". We've come full circle! Same thing happened with the word "SWAG" and hundreds of others. I'm just a dork and I'm fascinated with how words slowly evolve throughout cultures.

Thank you so much Will! A super useful video, as always. One request: not all transitions are buildups - sometimes you need more of a cooldown from a more intense section to a calmer one. I often find myself struggling there - I try to get away with a noise sweep, which then turns out to be just dull. Any advise there?
