A) the maybach gls is based off a gls which is an expensive viechle b) the c-class is one of the most reliable cars ever and it does have a 5 star rating and is one of the most safest cars out there along with all the cars on this list c) you labeled it as clc and its glc and I have a glc over 30000 and its had absolutely no problems and is a wonderful car

Hmmm, I drive MB C-class W204 from 2009 (kompressor, 156 hp, gasoline) and I have never had the issues you mention. It's over 190000 km on the clock (118000 miles) and it still drives great 🤷‍♂️ Maybe the newer W205 C-class has those issues, dunno.

I have had 2 A6’s now, the first did 225k miles, no issues just tyres and servicing . My actual A6 has 90,000 miles now and no issues, great cars!

Dude, BMW 3 Series has been relatively reliable since 2015 save for the interior electronics. Also, they're decently safe to drive, too, especially in recent years. Hell, BMW in general has been a more and reliable and safe brand over the last few years.

These cars are all safe, these are just his options. Every car ever sold has to be safe no matter what, yeah they might have safety failures at first when they are testing the airbags but they won’t/can’t just put a vehicle that has safety issues on the market.

I believe it. BMW cars components are designed to fail at certain intervals. And anything that has fluid in it will leak. Starting with rhr valve cover gasket leaking at 40-50k miles guaranteed!! Rear main seal next. Even the gas cap and oil fill cap on the crankcase leaks. I've owned new and preown BMWs. I love my BMW but I depend on my Lexus. -:)

I have wonderfull experiences with my 3 model. Second in a row to be exact. Never had any kind of engine problems. Sold the e90 with 180k km and I'm on 100k km with my f30. Everything smooth and perfect so far, also very cheap maintenance.

Yes. And that’s why they still only have a 60k warranty to go with them. None of their cars are made to last. They are performance cars made to dive exceptionally well but not last ling. My two BMW’s were in the shop often. I love these cars but dang so expensive to fix.

I have a Mercedes C-Class, a 2014 C350 to be exact purchased new. Now have 107K miles. Never had a major problem other than a torn trans. mount which was replaced for 200 bucks. Uses maybe 1/2 quart of oil every 10K miles. Transmission fluid changed on sked at 70K, and shifts like a knife through warm butter. Maybe I'm just lucky.

Good talk! I tell that to my friends everyday. Saving is good investing is much better, I used to think saving money would save me but NO, saving is just keeping it to spend later.

You covered pretty much all the luxury cars... this felt like top 20 worst lol... more tech you have in your car- possibility of things going worst gos up... unless one particular car gets all the faults in it, as a preowned car owner/buyer, you take a certain level of risk. lastly, Concept of Luxury is very fluid.. one shouldn't compare BMW 3 series with 7 series.... or a Maserati...

Well I am 46 and I always bought American made cars and American Muscle cars and they let me down numerous times too and it's not like they are cheap any more either. I do not consider anything over $30K cheap. It might be cheaper than $50k but it's still not cheap. All cars are getting over priced thanks to greedycar company owners and the UAW.

none of these cars are produced by the UAW and they are all expensive, so your statement makes no sense,...its also all the electronics and safety equipement they are no putting on vehicles that drive up the price.....when i was rear ended, just a tap, the rear bumper had to be replaced along with all the backup sensors, side blind sensor etc, cost well over 2500 bucks to fix, so no its not just domestic Vehicles..

Luxury cars have plants in America and they have UAW union shops as well so my statement does make sense. The Unions and the greedy owners are the issue.

Every test where he says an airbag didnt deploy I was like ok this was test #12 out of 200 lol. To pass the test everything has to deploy at 100% accuracy else it cant go on the market. If it goes to the market and an issue like that is found the company has to do a major recall and it cost them so much money they clearly prefer selling a unit that is safe in the first place.
