New video is definitely clearer than the old one. I really like the part about changing the voltage so that the battery percentage is more accurate, especially regarding 100% readings. The only thing I don't get is according to the video it seems like 'sensitivity'and 'slow start' are basically the same thing involving PAS sensitivity but in the manual for the display it shows that sensitivity is in regards to the ambient lighting sensitivity of the display.

I was wondering if I fully charge my battery until the light goes green on the charger and my sense energy monitor says that it is no longer accepting a charge should I set the highest voltage, level 5 , to around what the voltage on the battery is reading and would that make it more accurate? So if at full actual 100% charge the battery is reading 53.5 volts maybe set the voltage up around 53?

The updated display manual should correctly explain that the sensitivity setting is for the PAS sensitivity. The Slow-start has a slightly different result. It creates a slower acceleration curve of the throttle and pedal assist.

What would be the recommended percent of power for say 1-5 levels? There are a couple of videos out there (Gen2 also) and the numbers conflict for sure. Thanks

There is a second video, done five months ago, where the narrator says to change the current level, to save battery. This narrator says not to. Seems to me it would be good idea to lower it, it you can live with lower power. This would extend battery life, and save wear and tear on the motor. But, if you changed the current limit when in PAS 0, do the limits in the other PAS levels drop, relative to this full power setting, or would you have to go in and change it for each PAS level?

I hate my display power setting which is a dark blue numeral on a black background. Why?? All other readings are white on black. If you turn on your lights during the daytime for added visibility, this dims your screen even more, so your dark blue numerals virtually disappear from sight.

Are you sure the #1 on the voltage settings is the 0% reading? I had my 1 set to 41.5 and when my ebike hit that number and died my percentage still read 15% yet the bike had died. How do I get my percentage to read 0% when it dies rather than 15%?

Set bar 1 to a slightly higher voltage. That means it should turn off at around 42-42.5 volts giving you a heads up you're really near the end.

Would help if the person presenting didn’t move so quickly between changes and cover two buttons at once when using his thumb! Really hard to see sometimes what he’s actually pushing.?

Welp good thing there's only 3 buttons. Not a lot of guess work for the ole noggin'.

Thumbs up for the video, but jeez - we're not all a bunch of tech nerds. You're flying around a 2" object at warp speed, covering about 30% of it with your fingers. Glad you didn't break a nail peeling off the cover, but maybe re-do the vid a lot slower for the rest of us??? Or, I guess I can re-play a hundred times...
@herrp87659 ай бұрын
Or you can set playback speed slower by using the Settings gear wheel.
