I love a clean engine room, it tells me that the rest of the boat is likely a big thumbs up. Of course this is a big boat with a huge engine room, so when you see a clean engine space on smaller boats where everything is cramped and hard to get to.....then you truly know she is a gem :)

Out of the many, many, yachts on the market, Victoria & Rico picked a truly STUNNING Cheoy Lee to bring us. Totally blown away by a 1998 model. The interior is simply amazing! Just goes to show how you can breathe new life into an older yacht. Thanks for making yet another one of my Saturdays!!!!

Beautiful boat, gorgeous host. The draft is only 5'5". The galley is incredible. You could easily fit 4 in that owner's cabin shower. Cheoy Lee is a high quality boat. Well done.

Really well done refit and update. The galley is clearly designed for entertaining, and is very well laid out. Unless told, would not know it's a 1998 yacht. Thanks for another great tour.

I love how the living area looks like a regular apartment with that kind of furniture. Interesting how the kitchen is closed off from the pilothouse section, and I love those French doors on that fridge . Very unique layout. Not sure I'd go for something like this myself, but it's very tasteful and homely. Another wonderfully presented tour. Thanks guys!

That cockpit table is impressive, polished to a mirror like shine. Those barstool mechanisms are on another level. The interior has a nice mix of straight lines and curves. A nice balance. The crew area is quite nice, and the white board in the maid’s cabin is a great idea. The amount of refrigeration on this yacht seems to be above average. That’s something I look for. The wooden spiral staircase has a really classic feel. Really impressed with the full beam master. The engine room hides its age well. Overall, this Cheoy Lee 81 has stood the test of time. Very impressive.

I think you guys are the best reviewers of yachts I have seen. I really love the immersion in a boat but also the practical commentary. Having owned boats you get locked into what you have seen and technology is so far ahead of that so I really applaud your in depth reviews on nautiguys on systems. It is so essential and so opaque

Cheoy Lee always makes nice yachts, especially their Explorer yachts like Dorothea III and Qing, among others. Not too crazy about their single engine with the 1 'kicker' engine but that's a throwback to their commercial roots. These smaller ones were designed fo really explore the tropics. Always a great yacht product

Cheoy Lee makes beautiful yachts and this one is an outstanding example. It has two problems, #1 fractional ownership and #2 no range with only 2700ga fuel. Very nice for FL, Bahamas or as a liveaboard.

Well now, thats different. I would only purchase a share in this boat if Rico and Victoria are the other owners. Wonderful tour, wonderful commentary, wonderful views of the accommodations, wonderful view of the Hostess with the Mostess and the Host with (what rhymes with host??) Victoria, as beautiful as you are -- loose the sun glasses. They make you look like a bug Your expressions are to wonderful to hide them behind Maverek aviators. The more I watch, the more I truly love this channel. You two are great, are better than great -- more like dead solid perfect!!! Cheers

Cheoy Lee yachts have always been very eye catching with great exterior lines . Even with its age, it is still very beautiful. Such a beautiful yacht! 👍👍 I would have never guessed that it’s from 1998 with all of the updates and upgrades. Very tastefully restyled and looks to be a generous size as well. If only I had $700,000 lol 😂

Wonderful live-aboard, someone did an excellent job building it and later modernising it. Somehow I do prefer these old-school classics to modern square boxes that look like floating hotel apartments.

Titanic had a small electric fire place. Added homely comfort to first class passengers. Love the eccentric elements in the lounge it's a comfortable yacht, through out 👍 thanks for wonderful tour.

I have the exact same Samsung washer dryer. Those things are damn near bulletproof, lol. I always keep up on preventive maintenance anyway, but they get used a minimum of 3 times a week of heavy loads and they just don’t quit!, 👍🏻😎👍🏻

It might be useful to note that Cheoy Lee is a large builder of commercial vessels and so many of the features in the engine room and systems are their standard methodology of arranging the technical/mechanical spaces.

This one is a beauty. No formal indoor dining area, but arguably the trade-off for a larger galley is pretty great.
