Evening Maria, you mentioned the salad with boiled eggs, I think we all love that especially in the summer, salad ham some grated cheese and boiled eggs but we didn't have mayo then and had salad cream, we loved that salad plus a slice of bread n butter. Your idea using yoyhourt to take supplements I'll def give that a go, I also have trouble swallowing them. Hi Maria, you got some canny bits there, i don't go to Aldi , i go sometimes to Lidl as it's nearer to me. I noticed your custard tarts, i love them. I try an just buy a box of two as John doesn't like them and i end up eating all four of them

I always watch but just realised I wasn't subscribed so I've subscribed now so maybe wont always be a few days late now. What do yo do for breakfast? I am thinking of reconsidering mine as there is variations I can choose on the meal plan I am on right now🙂
