Hi Maria, they looked really nice. I do fish cakes and fish fingers in the air fryer with home made chips, garden peas and salad, it makes a quick meal. I use my temperature probe to make sure they are cooked properly in the middle

You can't beat a nice sausage roll Maria,I do love a Greggs sausage roll or steak bake and now you can buy them in Iceland to bake in the air fryer they are a bit cheaper and just as good but I thing two for £1 is great value and they certainly look as if they have plenty of meat in the middle, another enjoyable video flower Xx

Hi Maria, i haven't tried Iceland sausage rolls as i don't go there very often. I've tried birds eye and pukka ones from Tesco and i didn't like either of them. The only ones i like so far are cooplands baker ones or the same frozen ones from Heron good shops, they are dearer in Heron, or i like the frozen party ones. If i'm making my own i use Richmond sausages. It's something to keep in mind if i do get there.

Like I said before Maria I like to make my own then you can put as little or as much spice as you like and whatever filling you like but you can't beat £1 for 4,my air fryer alerts me half way through to turn or shake but if yours doesn't and you are nearby while they are cooking just put the full 14 minutes time on and turn them half way to save you putting the 7 minutes in twice,if you don't turn them it doesn't make a lot of difference as they are sitting on the crisper tray and the heat goes right under anyway and they would still be cooked throughout, some foods like skin on fish fillets(salmon or sea bass etc) you don't turn them half way, another enjoyable video flower Xx

I buy Morrisons fish cakes with cheese in the centre and they take 12 minutes but that's from fresh not frozen, what I normally do is make potato wedges or chips and I give them a 5 min blast in the microwave then put them in my single drawer air fryer for around 20 minutes, when there is 12 minutes to go I give the chips/wedges a shake then I sit a low trivet on top of them and sit the fish cakes on that and then continue cooking and at 6 minutes I turn the fish cakes and cook till finished and everything is ready at the same time,it's a wonder Dean can taste the fish at all with all that brown sauce on his roll 😂I buy Morrisons own brown sauce as it's just as good but I always buy Heinz tomato ketchup as I find the cheaper ones not as nice, another great video Maria,as for the spring rolls I make my own with different fillings using filo pastry and they air fry brilliantly, just give them a little spray of oil Xx
