In this episode everyone we take the Kracken Vesla out for it’s maiden shakedown rip with the 71 Supreme from Taylor RC in it.

One of my friends cracked the stock gears with a Taylor Reed 35CC v2. I ran the hardened gears no problem with the Taylor 35 Reed. It seems at about a 40GT the harder gears go. I blew mine up with a 46GT, I was able to rip it for a little longer than you. I thought that was going to last with those tires for a while. As soon as you started pulling wheelies, it went.

Yeah, hopefully we can get bonehead on this and get some gears made up pretty soon👍🏼 I’m going to go ahead and try the hardened gears and see what happens. I know they’ll probably blow, but I’m gonna do it anyways lol 😂

Now you need some Akill Racing super spikes and the Kraken hardened transmission gears and bevel gears and it will be a monster.

Yeah, I just got to set the machine up. I already have both. I think I’m gonna have to pull the 71 supreme out of it for now and put the Taylor 35 in until somebody comes up with some gears that can handle it. I’ve talked to several people that have shattered the harden gears with anything bigger than a 40 GT.

Kraken makes some hardened gears for it. Good to go 🤙🏼

I know people with 40 GT’s that have blown those gears. Those harden gears can’t hold much more than the power of a 46 GT and I have a 71 supreme.

@@Meyers2strokeRcgarage yea I have a 50gt in mine. So after I seen this I did some digging and kraken knows about this and is working on a fix. I’m also working on a fix of my own 😈 we’ll see who finishes first haha

Thanks, Brian! No, actually they both have the exact same wheelbase, the Vesa is just slightly wider than the FLM whitening kit for a Baja
