Horrorpowerfilms I think he would have loved it. She made it her own and delivered a pitch perfect performance while also incorporated live instrumentation which is something Prince firmly believed in. He once told Beyonce that she needed to learn how to play an instrument and she did. Same with Jennifer Hudson. He believed that having a good voice alone was not enough to be a musician. The fact that Gabby sang a wonderful version of his song and played not one but two instruments in the process is something that no doubt would have made him happy.

so many of them... way too many... And Naya and Chadwick... still hurts. I was stunned to see that Emmy Awards did not mentioned Olivia de Havilland amongst all these great artists. I think this has been a shit year for everyone, everywhere. In every way possible, including, the entertainment industry. Until January, I thought it was a shit year solely for my husband and myself, as we both lost our moms. In January, lost my dearest aunt....then the virus and all of us, in one way or another, began to fall like dominos and even though in some places, things have become more "manageable" and we've become used to new regulations and ways of living, it will continue to dig its claws into us, emotionally, psychologically and for many, physically. Add to this the social unrest, politics, etc...and for me, I can say with surety that this has been the worst year of my life.....thus far. I wish you peace, tranquility, good health, Michael.
