【Mocomichi Style】#73 Chicken Nanban
【Ingredients/amount】
Chicken breast---1
Salt and pepper--a little per each
Flour-------------------desired amount
Beaten egg---1
Fried oil--------desired amount

Soy sauce---2 Tbsp
Vinegar-------2 Tbsp
Sugar----------2 Tbsp
Chili pepper--1
B)ーーーーーーーーー
Onion-----1/4
Pickles---1
Caper-----1~2 Tbsp
Boiled egg---2
Parsley--------desired amount
C)ーーーーーーーーーー
Mayonnaise-----------6 Tbsp
Salt and pepper------a little per each
White wine vinegar--1Tbsp
Dーーーーーーーーーーーーー
Lettuce (shredded)---1~2
Purple cabbage (shredded )---1
Purple onion (thinly sliced)-----1/4
【Cooking process】
①Put A in the saucepan and heat it, let it cool down after melting sugar.
②Poke chicken with a fork and cut it into bite-sizes, season the cut chickens with salt and pepper, mix them with flour, dip them in beaten egg, fry them in 170° oil until they turn brown.
③Chop up B and put them in a bowl, add C and mix them all up.
④Put D in another bowl and mix them all up.
⑤Dip the fried chickens in ①’s blended vinegar.
⑥Decorate ④ and ⑤, pour over ③’s tartar sauce.
【Tips】
*It’s a good idea to season chicken with garlic or grated ginger.
*Chicken absorb the taste easily and become soft by poking it with a fork.
