Questions, where is this?, do some zoom out shots so we can see better, who closes the dam gates? How long is it close for? Let's get some different angles of filming. I see quite a few guys filming too. I want to see the whole dam structure. Thank you much appreciate.

Hello, thank you for watching the video. This is the country of Vietnam.! The gate of the dam closes because the pressure of the water pushes the gate of the dam closed. Depending on the day, the gate will open early or the next day the gate will open.
