Despite the challenges, I kept my commitment to myself to finish what I started. The results on the outside are a reflection of the results on the inside.

Thank you for sharing your journey I found it really encouraging. I’m on day 28 of my second attempt. I had to stop at day 19 the first time because my mother passed unexpectedly. Digging in and finding mental grit is no joke! Looking forward to day 75 and hearing more about your live hard journey :)

OMG. That baby and hair! So dang cute! Oh, just started 75 Hard. 💪 work on finishing. I started WW 🔵 at the end of January of this year.

I wish I could love this a million times!!! Thank you for sharing your experience. I too have been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s recent after years of advocating for myself but got really serious when I couldn’t open or close my hands I had to figure something out! I am going to start 75 hard on 1/22/22 🤩

You can do it! Listen to your body and make adjustments to get it done.

The water is my only concern, I don't think it is good to force yourself to drink that much.

You'll be surprised how much you can drink. A gallon is totally doable especially if water is all you are drinking.
