Hi Friends!
Your girl has been greatly enjoying the 75 Hard challenge. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking to take control of their time. Let me know if you give it a try :)
75 Hard Rules:
1. No Alcohol
2. Workout 2x a day for 45 min (one has to be outside)
3. Follow a meal plan (no cheating)
4. Drink a gallon of water
5. Read 10 pages of a book
6. Take a progress picture everyday

I'm currently doing a #90Hard! It's not the easiest thing to do. It's such a challenge spiritually, mentally, and psychologically! But you've inspired me to keep going! I certainly hope and pray that you finish! I can't wait to hear about your results and the end! Enjoy the journey!

You’re going to enjoy every motion, just EVERYTHING. I am starting again soon for sure. It’s an eye opener. My 75th day is this Friday. And I said I wanted to do it again. I feel like if I repeat it, I can stay disciplined for sure and keep it up. I’m rooting for you Queen

Currently driving but I got the notification but I’ll be back🗣️ & I’m back, so its great that you have taken this step to gain more discipline. I mean we look at your social media and think to ourselves, wow she really works out and we see the results but we don’t know what you are dealing with in your day to day life. I know moving out and being on your own can be new, and all new experiences can be challenging in some ways, but during the next 75 days and beyond just embrace the challenges/journey. At least to me you are doing well because I’d be crying by now😂

You don’t know how on time this vid was ! Literally been going down a Dreka Gates hole and love her concept of journaling and burning after. I really want to do 75 Hard … maybe soft 🤣 because like you said : I need a discipline reset & my b’day is June so perfect timing to prepare. I really think school forced me into discipline w/ deadlines and pass or fail. I remember watching a TedTalk that encouraged people to make them life like a syllabus to hold yourself more accountable like you were in school

@@BhriannaChanell yes it was mind blowing when I learned it and it holds yourself accountable when you don’t achieve the goal . I think mine will be I have to send my accountability partner who’s aware of my syllabus money and I don’t want to lose money so it’ll be encouragement just like in school when you didn’t want to fail a class

Good luck on 75 hard. Andy Frisela is the creator. He has a podcast. Have you downloaded the 75 hard app? You really have to prepare everyday. For inspiration there was a couple on YT where they would get up early and end up having there 2 workouts done before noon. Keep going. You can do it. I really like your hair are those twist? Is there a style name?

I swear by this. If you do your 1st workout at like 6...then read 10 pages then take your pic. Your practically done. It 4 here and all I have left this my water and stay on my diet.

Hey! Running is so good for you! Honestly, you just gotta push yourself to do it. I used to hate running... but what helped me was starting at my own pace. I think when I started it was a half mile. I tried to beat my time every time I ran, then once that got easy I would increase my distance.

You would eat food to be hydrated instead of drinking water. This is why. A lot of harsh chemical is poured into the water daily.
