Awesome trip guys , that would have been a Birthday trip to remember but I cant think of three better guys to do it ( Including my buddy CISCO had he been there) good going Dennis , David and AJ 👍! What happen the Pelicans took the day off at the dock , usually they’re fighting over the scraps lol!

My kiddo and I caught two 19 inch trout on Elmers Tuesday and were thrilled with our 4 nice filets.... that bucket full looked awesome lol We would have trout 50 different ways! Great video Never have been able to get on the fish like that.

Doggone bucket of filets and yall had to tolerate de "fotting man",Dennis!!!Awesome trip.Just had an incredible mud bug boil at brother-in-law and sister-in-law's house next door to us and bragged on de Produce Man's carb-rebuilding skills!!AJ got de ole gal SCREAMING mad and she wanted to toss both of us into de T-Funky.Nice trip and now I got de ole SouthFork ready,willing,able and gonna be back in Kenna tomorrow and Th Wifey and I will be celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary.Probably wait til early afternoon to pick up grandson and get us out on Lake P on possible fine crabbing trip.After AJ adjusted floats and got idle mixture screws set and carbs synchronized,burned over 2.5 gallons of very fresh non-ethanol through motor without any evidence of sputtering or anything other than superb idling and incredibly strong hole-shot.Very hard to believe what a difference in how ole 50 hp Johnson(2001)operates now dat carbs have been gone through!!Bet Causeway gonna start producing decent specks and with my boat,have to play dem winds like a fiddle!!Thanks,AJ,might get me some revenge on ole Art Slade-make me short video explaining how my arms are shot from log specks at Causeway!!!

That was one great trip! It started off with me, thinking that a flock of birds was not really doing anything when AJ save the day and said those birds are working. 75 pro later we think the birds. It was a great day, but they had a lot of strange odors out there from the marsh gasses

One heck pf a trip. Since you have mechanical skills convert that outboard to human natural gas and the trips won't cost hardly anything. Again this is what a fishing trip is all about. The friendship. , laughter and catching fish was the bonus.

Yall musta been right behind me going down LaLoutre. I stayed on delacroix side of spoil. Jigging bite was the same for me. No thump just weight. I didnt find em stacked like yall but i found a few here and there and ended up catching quite a few.

Y’all were catching in muddy or clear water? I’ve found it hard to find clear water this year, just trying to see if it matters? You need a cork for your boys butt!! That gas will eventually start dropping seagulls out the sky!!
