'75 Triumph Trident T160 Spring Ride '23

Күн бұрынThis video shows a ride I had recently (May '23) through the glorious Derbyshire peak District on my 1975 Triumph Trident T160. It was a glorious weather and I went out with a friend for a great ride through Derbyshire, stopping at a couple of cafes on the way for some good ol' biker chat. The bike was going really well, the countryside was a really lush green - wonderful!

My '75 T160 served me well. Got off the Nimitz (Feb '77), flew back to OKC, picked it up....then back to Beaufort S.C....up the east coast, back to OKC when I got out, then out to Tuscon to see my grandparents, Never let me down. I still have it, but its kinda worn out with 50K plus. (the speedo was broke most of the time because of that stupid rear wheel drive. lol) Nice job, sir PS... one of my daily drivers is a cherry '72 T100R Daytona, so I'm OK :-)

Hi Chris like the video my t150 has the same running problem it seems to be holding back at about two and half thousand revs I have No4 slides 19 Piolet jet and the middle groove on the needle. Would you please let me know how you come on with setting yours up. Cheers.

Chris what silencer do you have on your T160?

They're from LP Williams. Their standard T160 silencers I think.

I've been offered a 1936 Matchless Model X, a bike I've always wanted - but they're not cheap! (The same engines as used in Brough Superiors) The only way to raise the money is by selling a couple of bikes.
