just met this team 3 times today... lost every time. i run shadow emp, sableye and gligar. Won 5 in a row twice then i met jellicent with alolan ninetales/carbink in the back 4 times in row.. completely random ye, what an aboslute piece of dog**** this game is lol.

I love Serperior, but after running this team for a few sets and repeatedly losing to flyers that absolutely ate it alive, I switched to Ferrothorn with Thunder and Power Whip and haven't looked back, going positive in sets ever since. Admittedly at first I played like a potato, mostly misusing Typhlosion, but even after getting used to the team, in the end the Great Leauge Remix meta at Veteran ELO absolutely craps all over mono-grass typing. Ferrothorn trades losing harder to fire types for wins/neutral matchups against flyers, especially Mantine, Gligar, and Mandibuzz, which were just auto-losses without shield advantage before. Maybe the argument can be made for Leaf Tornado as a bait/coverage move instead of Aerial Ace.

Typhlosion is frustrating. Fast attacks feels like it should go faster but seems to lag often. Got bested by Pelipepper and Machamp starters a few times.

The game is pretty much unplayable. The frame drops are just crazy. I have a high end phone, but the game behaves like it's running on a toaster...

I think it might have been nice to use the shield on Typhlosion at 14:28 because you got the incinerate sneak and that would have chipped like half of Ferrothorn’s HP easily

Legacy goodra is so underrated in this meta. Yesterday I hit legend and will probably be around 5th page of the leaderboard when it updates using unovan stunfisk, goodra safe swap, and water pulse Mantine closer

I run a similar team. Carbink, Goodra, Serperior. My version is weak to steel but it walls darks and flyer teams real well.

Just try it! More often than not they won't respond to your comment. He lays down a base team. You can then use the team he presented and tinker with it to fit your available pokemon. Besides, these streamers can play with literally any pokemon and win. It's about counts and fast move timing. So shadow vs non shouldn't be a hard wall for you either

Tbh that's exactly what I did (instead of Serperior). I found it strictly better around 2250~2500 ELO.

This team is good into mine but I went against it 3 times today and beat it. Idk how I guess the people using it at my elo are bad with it

They finally find my team. But In play it with pollywrat instead of Serperior, seems alitele more nurtrual in generall but it has difficulty against Jellysent so this might be a good option. I play it with goodra lead.
