Very nice. Would be a great weekender for a small family. A lot of room to entertain, and plenty of open air gathering spaces. I like the small crew area. Even for a small yacht like this, I would still want a deck hand and a cook on board, so the crew area would be excellent. Plenty of room, but doesn’t take up unnecessary square footage. And once again our sexy Ryan does an excellent job of walking us through the decks. Love his presentations. That dude is so chill, I could listen to him all day long.

So when I crewed on yachts back in the mid 90's, a lot of yachts had 2 zone A/C. So the A/C was really only efficient if you divided it up by 2 zones, or 1. Trying to cool the whole yacht on all levels resulted in horrible cooling or heating. Is that still the case? I imagine with 38,000 BTU's that's enough to cool most of the yacht if not all. But since you all always point out whenever a yacht has a lot of BTU's, so I wasn't sure if that was still a thing.

That's a good question Clif, we're going to have to look deeper into that to determine if it's a 2 zone or 1 zone A/C system. Stay tuned!

Ocean Alexanders often come with a high price point. The build quality and meticulous upkeep by the owner contribute to this price point.

Wow great tour guys .an absolutley unique boat in pristine condition .a real credit to a fastidious owner. I like theample headroom found in top end american motor yachts.a real point of difference when compared to most of the offerings from elsewhere in the world .the single helm i wasnt so sure about but it is well intergrated with the main deck so as to not to be to remote and the upside is you gain that wonderfull galley and dineing area unclutered by the buisness end of the operation ..i presume that the air con in the bridge is reverse cycle ? And is there extra freezer capacity other than that we saw in the galley.
