When I was little I would dance with my daddy to this in the living room! He had a collection of 78s from when he was a teenager working in the local record shop. He would pat momma on her bottom and tease that he needed to go get his chalk! Chalkin' was a running joke in our house for the rest of his life. Thanks for the memories. ❤

My mother used to sing this - I did not believe it was a real song. She used to have odd sayings - I thought this was just one of them! She was 91 when she passed.

My granny used to play this all the time ❤ I guess I’m just built different because I can still vibe to it 😂. I just recommended it to someone else and had to come over for a listen. Sigh. I miss my gran.
