Kayla and Kristen this is a stunning piece. I think it would look interesting hanging on a wall, the warping would show of the colours with the different angles. Very good drumming skills Kayla 👌🥰👍Thankyou both for being here and sharing your awesome talents. 💜💛💜

Thanks Linda!! KZfaq messed up and didn’t play any of our premieres after Julie’s. I did gesso the board first so I was really baffled! BUT, believe it or not the board flattened itself back out!

@@KandKCreate I thought you might have. Maybe it wasn’t completely dry and the water finally left the wood. Doggone everything is weird today. Janeses video loaded after Julie’s twice lol but the chat was the same only on replay. Schizo KZfaq

Just saw a Kanella Ciraco video and she uses wood rounds all the time. Bottom line- you should have either gessoed the round several times OR put a thin layer of resin on it to prevent warping. See her video #510.

thanks Kim, I’ll definitely go back and check it out. I watch all of Kinella’s videos immediately once they’re posted lol. the funny thing is this straightened itself back out! it’s perfectly flat now! 😳
