How do I fix a problem once the resin is dried. A small bump or depression?

Once the resin is cured you have to sand it down with sandpaper and put another coat of resin on.

The cork has adhesive already on it. Just peel off the paper and stick on. I ordered my stamp from vista print

Hi Faye! If your paint comes out too thick you could always add a little bit more Josonja varnish (or whatever varnish you are using).

The colours are beautiful and the combination is stunning! With practice you will find out how to avoid the bubble marks.

What kind of spray varnish do I use?

I use Winsor and Newton high gloss. I did about 3-4 coats.

Thanks Janese! We took a little hiatus. Had to pack up the studio for guests coming in from out of town. We’re slowly getting things back up and running. This collab was our first step towards getting back to business!

As somebody who is VERY new to fluid art, one of the things I'm coming to appreciate is how difficult it is to mix paints/resins together to achieve a specific colour and tone....I think it's rare to find the exact right tones "off the shelf", so to speak, which doesn't matter so much when you are simply pourring from the bottle/tube and allowing to mingle on canvass, but is vital when you have a definite colour and one needed....I'm sure a lot of practice and patience is required to reach your level of skill in this regard, because in my opinion, you got the camouflage colours just right...well done, and thank you for your excellent contribution to this brilliant collaboration project.
