Hi there!! 💗 I think putting things into perspective helps me a lot and trying to remember that most of these things won't matter in 5 years, let alone in a few months when the semester's over. At the same time, if you feel that you need an extension or extra help in order to get everything done, I've come to learn that it's worth asking because you never know what could happen. Overall, I think prioritizing routine, structure and "productive" breaks is key; do whatever will help your mental health/state like reading, exercising, journalling, etc. rather than things that bring you down like scrolling endlessly on social media or overworking yourself. That way you're better equipped to deal with the stress that comes your way because you're getting it out of your system in healthy ways! Hope this helps, you've got this xx
