Thank you for doing a quality video. It was much easier to watch than spending the day out in high temperatures. The reaper at about 13 minutes came from my grandfather's farm in the Brooks area.

Rode my bike to that event in the early 70s after it relocated from Silverton and was previously known as the threshing bee on Harvey Mickelsons farm. We had the only running 1905 Star drilling machine.

I guess it was around 1970, I was 15, my grandmother took me to the very first Great Oregon Steam up. At that time it was just a large hay field. I think they had one large steel display/shop building. I recall seeing a number of large Case steam traction engines and a number very large gasoline power tractors as well as many smaller ones. The Yuba is one I remember. It was gray color, had tacks in the back and a metal ball type front wheel for steering Sad to think that most of the presenters of that time are gone now but happy to think that a new generation has taken hold and continuing the tradition.

Been volunteering there for almost 15 years. Such an amazing and fun place. Excited you will be out next year! Would be a good opportunity to get some behind the scenes shots.

What a special treat on a partly cloudy ⛅️ Oregon summer day! And those American flags 🇺🇸 look AWESOME! MAKE FARMERS GREAT AGAIN! The look, the sounds, and the smells of American history right there for all to enjoy!😁👍

I was at the Brooks, Oregon truck museum a few years ago for an all Buick Show. I enjoyed the show but during the day the temperature reached 106 degrees!

That's Western Railway Museum. There's no standard gauge steam locomotives in Powerland.
