In this video I share my early morning individual training session that's focused around ball striking and shooting. With these simple shooting exercises you can improve your shooting power and accuracy to help you score more goals in matches. I decided to wear some legendary T90 Lasers for today's session. Enjoy!

I have a question on the short follow through when doing the knuckleball shot, so when I shoot and do the short follow through technic the ball rolls on the ground and goes to the left side when I want it to go straight and I want the ball to get off the floor. Accuracy is one thing, but quick feet and decieving the keeper is where the true talent comes in. Premier league keepers will save 90% of these strikes. Rooney was master of accuracy and deception. You never knew where he was gonna put the ball.

Thanks mate, I usually train 4-5 times per week and have 2 matches. One rest day. I typically train for 2-3 hours per day.
