Great video! Can’t wait to use some of these drills when I’m finished exams, although what I will say is that when crossing with your left you didn’t look up until striking the ball, obviously this will be different in a game but maybe you could try do it more and get that muscle memory used to having a check before delivery!

I always says “eyes up” not “head up” you can take a good look just with your eyes, you don’t need to physically turn your head. It’s always worked more efficiently for me, and allows me to keep the ball in my peripheral 👍

my dream is to pursue football as my career but there are financial problems so i cant afford to join a training academy and i live pretty far off from my school compared to my team mates so group practice is not something i cant do a lot. but your videos are really helping michael. i recently got selected in my school football team (i'm 16 btw) and i'm given the jersey number 7! thank you michael your videos have surely had a huge impact on my game❤ i'll be grateful to you always
