I'm really not a fan of going to church anymore (and I honestly haven't gone in a couple months now) due to all of the fake people I have encountered at church. I'm not saying that they're all bad, but it really bothers me when people pretend to be this "nice person" on Sunday and then behind the scenes they gossip, they lie, party, they get drunk, they are promiscuous and talk smack about how everybody else is a problem and how nobody wants to be friends at them from the same church congregation. After having a handful of bad experiences with Christian individuals. I'm done. Too many wolves in sheeps clothing out here. I'm like good with having zero friends and just focusing on God. (I have a couple of decent Christian friends but I would have rather have a few close "real" friends then a million fake ones.) But yeah the one thing that I have found that's the easiest way to expose somebody that's fake it's to test the spirit. They can come in and say i believe in Jesus, and hug you and smile in your face... But you got to watch and observe how they operate with other people and behind the scenes. If their social media presence isn't the same as they are in private. Nope. If they talk about how they help all these people and how they do all these kinds of things, and how generous they are, but then they are willing to walk past a homeless person or Worse make fun of them... then you know who you're dealing with. And finally the worst kind of Christian I've encountered is that person who says how everybody else is the problem and then talk about people specifically. You find out that they talk about like that to everybody. Stay away from people like that God literally warns us in his word to stay away from people like that. Stay away from people who are willing to cut down other people to make them feel better about themselves. Surround yourself with people that uplift and edify you and make you not only feel accepted and better but actually help you get to a point where you feel like you will succeed in anything that you do and they will not only provide scripture but they will sit with you and talk about God's word those are the kinds of people that we need in our lives as Christians. It says in God's word the NOT all of the people on this planet belong to God. It says to test the spirit because a lot of the people on this planet are either false prophets or they belong to the father of Lies, their father is the enemy. A lot of people nowadays will pretend to be Christians so that they can be friends with you so that they can either take your blessings from you, so that they can steal from you, or so they can delay you from what is yours from God. Be very careful and be very viligant, because over the past year the amount of these people that I have dealt with and encountered has been so bad that it has turned me into a bitter human being. I'm trying to be a better person with all these fake Christians walking around but honestly the non-believers are getting better than them. Because I'd rather have somebody tell the truth to my face that they don't believe in God and that they're a sinner and there are somebody who's trying to work on themselves > VS. Than somebody who sits in my face and tells me that they're a Christian, just to stab me in the back later with an unexpected betrayal. That's a no for me sister or brother in Christ. I hope that you take and heed this warning seriously because I did not listen to it in the past when I listen to this on a podcast a couple years ago I thought it was a joke I thought that all the Christians that surrounded me had the best intentions because they claimed to believe in Jesus, does not mean that they are walking with them. You can't just talk the talk you also got to walk the walk and a lot of people nowadays are on the broad path and they're not on the Narrow Path. If they are still participating in things of this world for example like holidays, competing with the Joneses, events that involve partying, willing to talk about everybody and everything but they are not willing to improve themselves or their relationship with God or you start to notice that they love things more than people and God.... stay clear of them and get very very far away from them and pray for them love them from a distance. ❤
