Can't see any air con which is messy to retrofit. No storage, the showers need to be kept separate from the sink toilet area. Not great for the price unfortunately.

House like this in Irvine, Ca will cost at least $1.5 Million plus, and maybe association fees are not included. Can be very costly. Irvine, Ca is a very nice and safe community but pay for the weather and the well-planned community. The streets are cleaner than someone inside house I've seen. Imagine that. There are other nice cities in Orange County, Ca that are very nice. Too bad I cannot afford to live there. I would definitely invest in a Hua Hin home with foresight near the beach.

The kitchen sink in this house seems like an afterthought, small with tiny faucet and no counter to the right. The colored ceiling lighting is unnecessary. OK lot and nice pool, but still seems too high price.

3.5 million is about the maximum i would ever spend on a house in Thailand. And you can get really great houses for that. 8.4 million just doesn’t make any sense. Even with your beautiful smile and short skirt this is a hard sell.

The part of these homes that do not meet my specs are the pool (I do not want one), the small yard with landscaping not to my taste ( I would like room for a vegetable garden and fruit trees) and they want to sell it furnished (I want to move my furniture from my current home). I also want to move my American style stove with oven and US sized refrigerator. I have been looking in this area 2 years already with nothing meeting my requirements.

That's a beautiful dress that fits you very well! The builder seems to spend a lot of effort on the ceiling details, much more so than is typically done in the USA. It's a nice house but the kitchen sink looks unusually small, and those flashing colored lights in the ceiling would drive me absolutely crazy in less time than it took you to show us the house. Maybe somebody who likes to entertain a lot would like that feature? But, they didn't even bother to fill the swimming pool before showing it? It's funny that they put so much effort into the decorations, but not much for practical stuff like closets in the smaller bedrooms? And I had to laugh at that gold decoration that was placed directly in front of the TV, along with the pink orchids on the living room table, also blocking the view of the TV. I think the decorator greatly overdid it with this house. In the master bedroom you've got 3 closets, one for the man and two for the women? (grin) The view from the master bedroom with the view of the pool and mountains is nice. I suspect the windows are tinted green because of a special thermal reflective coating to lower air conditioning costs? If so, that's a nice feature worth mentioning. It's funny that they spent all that money on sod, but not enough money on water to keep it alive, and no paved pathway to walk on the outside of the pool. How does the gas stove work? Do you install outdoor propane tanks? The long hallway looks like a waste of space to me, I question the architect's judgment. Woman, you are getting very good at this job! Thumbs up to you. You did a good job showing another very strange house. It won't be long before the sellers are begging you for help selling their properties, if it hasn't happened already. (Tell them that Farangs like lots of big closets, air conditioning pre-installed, and full swimming pools. I wonder how much it would cost to get that house truly ready to live in?)

11:00. No tubs and no closets. Then a throw together closet. About $.25 million. Yeah pass. The lights in ceiling just says no. Maybe an elegant tone, but that disco vibe for the ones who have that kind of money as disposable cash. I don't think that will sell. And lot size to small. So pay the lice of a normal house in USA. So what's the selling point. Land size, nothing. All that work, maybe 25% of that. yeah.

The pools never look very deep there.
