Would you please show us the apartment? Not you? I don't mean to be rude...but just so frustrated I can't see any this apartment.

I don’t live in New York so I really enjoy seeing these wonderful spaces. I’ll go ahead and subscribe because I know I’ll be back. The theme of “hidden spaces“ was very effective. As someone else said, seeing your face is great, so friendly and welcoming. But what I would like in addition to that would be to get a better sense of the entire space. The presentation was fragmented. I didn’t get a feel for what it would be like to walk around or live in that space. For example, I didn’t get a full glimpse of the laundry facilities in relation to the total space. Also, three other points. First, I like how you amplified on what a “Chef‘s kitchen“ would be, but you should know that information before hand. Second, you’re right that appliance brands should be mentioned in the kitchen tour. You told us what the refrigerator was but you didn’t tell us the brand of the stove top and oven. And the “stove” sometimes refers to the top of the appliance where the burners are, especially if it’s separate from the ovens, and then there are two ovens. I don’t think the second oven was a warming oven. I think it’s a second oven (i .e. not a “stove”). Also, was there a dishwasher? I bet there was. Third, the shower on the upper deck is intended to be used before getting in the hot tub rather than after. I could be wrong about this but I think this is true. Again, advance preparation. Aside from these comments, it was wonderful taking the tour and I have no doubt that you’ll become more polished as you continue forward.

You should have rehearsed your presentation. It comes across as halting, filled with "ums" and that you don't know exactly where everything is. For 8.5 million dollars, you should be doing a better job of presenting this property. If you had rehearsed your presentation, you would come across more confidently and competently.
