How do you love NY im here and its trash compared to LA, it is always cold and there is no nature or scenery just buildings.

@@eshw23 some people like new york cus of its hustle and bustle , But unlike LA you NEED money to ENJOY NY ..... Docta has plenty money and several super cars so i’m sure he can afford all that . My dad bought a duplex in manhattan and i enjoy going there specially cus my mom now lives mostly separately and the views i get from my dad’s place are MAGICAL . and then when i go to meet my cousin who is doing his masters from ‘columbia university: he lives in a 3,500$ per month loft and it just isn’t that good , it has cramped up bedrooms and small bathrooms . However the only thing i don’t like about manhattan is the cost and area ratio . For 14,000,000$ my dad has like a 5,000 sq.ft. duplex but my family home in guernsey ( 30 minute flight from Heathrow ) was like 11,000,000$ and we have like 2 acres of land . So new york isn’t worth it and since i’ll be heading off to college i’ve tried seeing some apartments for or under 5000/month and the apartments aren’t good . I’ve applied for an internship that pays well and hopefully if i get in i can bump up my rent allowance to 7,000 a month.

I prefer the second apartment Because it has more modern feel n feature.. considering that much space n luxury for that amount it's a total steal .. Even the bathroom is amazing... Wow wow 😳😳😳.. Amazing..

I LOVE the Industrial loft. The second bedroom is actually my favorite. I love cozy spaces, and I love the office nook room. I'd totally make it into a small library/reading nook. I like some of the colors in the modern loft a little more, and the views are nicer from the modern loft. But the best part of this video is Enes on the scooter.

my favorite is the Flatiron district apartment. The room divider concept from the architect makes those spaces feel very special, without closing in the and chopping up the space. The dining area is open to the main area, but looks like an intimate space. well done!

Dang! This is one of the most stunning places I've ever seen, alright this would definitely be something I could picture myself living a great life in. I would love to change up that den more make it really minimalist in design as a cozy private guest room but really love that kitchen those wooden walls are just stunning!

Both properties are nice; although the second apartment is smaller, I like it's uniqueness and simplicity. Mann I felt the city vibe when Enes was on the scooter. Gotta luv New York. Awesome review guys!
