I didn't mind the hand. You're doing everything a realtor would do which is point out features/things. I'm not a squirrel, so I don't get distracted like one. Even my heavily AD/HD friends managed to watch without complaining. But we're humans, not squirrels 😒 The house isn't my style. I prefer a modern Victorian. Oxymoronic, I know. But I'll keep watching your videos in case you find one, whether the vid is hands full or hands free 🤭

Omg.. this is a down right gorgeous home. The dream home! The landscaping and design is absolutely jaw dropping. I’ve seen a lot of homes, but this layout has different dimensions. Very unique. I would love to have my home designed very similar to this one. Thanks for the viewing.

I live very close to this new build and there are a few issues with it. It’s a modern build on a street that doesn’t have many modern designed homes. It’s on a busy street with an elementary school on it that gets very busy in the mornings and afternoons with pick up and drop offs. Parking is also not the greatest for guests if your having a large gathering.

I have lived on the same street as a school for at least 40yrs and it wasn't a problem at all as a matter of fact I went there as a child and so did my children and now one of my grandsons. So I guess it depends on your lifestyle.

Man, if I had a large family, I would certainly choose this house and design. On average of $225 per sq ft we talking $1.7 million for this home, or higher.

Good point! I will not take this into consideration because I think 30 minutes for a 7,982 Sq. Ft. house is reasonable. You should be thankful I didn't make this video longer. If the weather was nicer on the day of my visit, I would've walked around the exterior 🤣😂😆🤷🏽

Thanks for the feedback. I have a solution for you. 1. Make your own videos and watch them. 2. Set up a private tour and see the property in 3-D. 3. Be quiet 🤫 and be thankful you can see the inside of this luxury home in McLean. This tour doesn't exist on any other channel.

@@tpp4007there are only so many ways to conduct a property tour. Your feedback is irrelevant to my style of tours. Everyone's feedback is not valuable. My property tours have more 100k combined views and produced thousands dollars in commissions. Why would I change something that's working ⚒ based on a comment from someone who isn't my customer/client? If I'm running a business, who's opinion matters most? A spectator like yourself or a customer/client? I appreciate you watching the only tour of this home on the internet. Too bad you're not grateful to peek inside this one of one custom home 🏡 in one of the most expensive places to live in America 🇺🇸 You internet people are weird 😂 🤷🏾 😎 Onward, AW
