Cheers for this, I've been looking for "learn to count cards online" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Tonvelyn Xiylijah Trick - (just google it )? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for learning how to make fast money using this lotto system without the normal expense. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate finally got great success with it.

@@marktorres8766 most tables are 4 6 or 8 deck. 6 being the norm. Occasionally you can find a 2 deck. For example my local casino must have 40 black jack tables and only one is a two deck table.

Well, yes it seems there are more negative shoe counts then positive. Yes, this is real in live play. I don't know why? However, after hundreds of hours of play the math works it out to be slightly more positive. That's the rub, hundreds of hours! The real challenge is surviving negative counts and winning during those negative counts. So put together the 5 parts of counting cards. The count, true count conversion, basic strategy, deviations, bet management. Sounds hard, but, it's all very easy when you master them all. It took me 350 hours of live play to make it work! Most people spend more time than that commuting to work in a few months than that.

Sure, the most notable difference is they're providing charts based on exactly what game you're playing. Our charts are intentionally a melding of everything to provide the most coverage and EV with one chart, rather than learning half a dozen separate ones for each variation (Single, 2D, 4D, 6D, 8D, S17, H17) Then, we cover the most valuable deviations in the specific H17 and S17 deviation charts. Given those differences, areas where the math is very close can create different suggestions.

I still play occasionally.

Some people start their count at 20 or 30, then add or subtract from there. That way you're always positive. So for example if you start at 30 and your count is 17, then the running count is -13.

Bet small, focus on perfect play, use at least a 1-6 bet spread, and be ok with higher trip-risk. That's my best advice.

Yeah don't be afraid to bet it all, but always make sure you have enough to cover at least 1 split+double (2 extra bets behind). I've seen too many videos and spots where people don't even have enough money to split or double down even once. Really dumb, they would of been better off playing baccarat!

EricSmyth14 yeah I know what you mean I always try to stay able to bet my bet at least 4 times, one time I got 8s and split the max at Harrahs which was 4 total hands and couldn’t double the one 11 I got smh

@@865354hayden My friend is a poker player and bet his last 5k when drunk. Got AA and couldn't split at all. He went to get a cash advance and it was going to be 20 minutes. Then out of frustration he came back to the table and hit. Of course he got a ten and the dealer drew out 20. Ouch.

Bear in mind that six figures over 15 years could very easily be an average working salary earned simply by playing blackjack. If someone could trade their job to play cards for equal return I’d wager a significant chunk of people would leap at the chance.

I count the hand as a minus 4-6. Don't leave a hot running count of +16 just because it might be a bit worse and you don't know exactly what it is.

You split 10’s and you take insurance at +3 true count or higher. Number of decks doesn’t matter, take the running count and divide by the decks remaining for the true count and play accordingly. BS only shrinks the house edge, but the house still has an edge. Counting is what puts the odds in your favor.

@@icedo1013 you split tens at +3 if the dealer has a bad up card. I wouldnt do it against a ten or ace.

@@kimlemrini1863 No, I can't afford it. Maybe my game isn't good enough. I always thought it was. I have always won in the past. All the other casinos I have ever played thought it was good enough to back me off. Hell, 3 weeks ago I got backed off. I don't know. There's a lot of doubt in my mind now. It's a tough time for me. There's no guarantee I will make it back either. The chances of me running as bad as I did are the same. With expenses I have to pay, and the limited funds I might not be able to cover the expenses unless I do something drastic. Things are dark.

That's called deck penetration and it doesn't make it impossible but most counters probably wouldn't play a game where they deal less than 67% of cards

@@Blackjackapprenticeship In addition to more progress metrics, the more the app can simulate table play (add simulated players?) WITH all the CC data as a HUD, the better IMO. Adding EV/AV trackers with bet spread & ROR calc would be also be very cool (assuming you guys wont be concerned about gutting your online membership -I would argue, app revenue generation has way more potential vs web subscription). Playing style profiles would also be cool. Id like to compare perfect play against a mix of my own variations (ie, gambler's fallacy, a way to test my predictive self-dellusion vs the maths). Adding a "competitive" player feature, ie, ranking single bankroll performance, would also make the app a very compelling use feature. Toggling the "Strategy Error" would be a nice to have -real-time on/off with an error tracker. Love the app cause I can see how it can do so much more! With your guys experience as CC, instructors & KZfaq, it could easily be the only go-to app for BJ

Well, the problem is that you need to compete with other casinos, and players don't like frequent shuffles, so if you shuffle too often, players will just go elsewhere. Besides, the problem of card counters is probably waaaay overblown; very few people can actually count cards successfully and make a good amount of money doing it. Few people even play perfect basic strategy, let alone count cards successfully.

not really. The vast majority of people are not card counters and just lose more per hour the deeper the shoe goes.
