Excellent exercises! These really highlight how much my natural inclination is to use the glottis and soft palate together as one. Gotta break that habit! Can you further explain the T , G and K lock please?

Thank you for the great video :-) Where could I buy the metal thingy? Or alternatively, is there something else more available that could be used for this purpose? Thanks!

What inflation tool are you using and can you inflate without one?

I can't do the Ex 5 where you need to close the glottis, it also automatically closes my soft palate and wouldn't let the air from my nose to pass through my mouth.

are there tips for keeping the soft pallet neutral for exercise 1? The only way I can get the air to release from the balloon is if it goes to my lungs (obviously incorrect). Also when I inflate through my nose and release through my mouth that works - but its "noisy" is that normal?

Think about inhaling through your nose

Make yourself make a snoring sound, that will help "find" neutral
