I agree! I've not monetized these videos, I just noticed recently that the adds have been showing up. Not sure how to make that stop happening. Sorry its killing the vibe :(

Half if these views are probably me 😂 this video is a must every night to sleep. And even use it as background noise when im reading. I have YTpremium so i downloaded it so i can listen to it if I have no internet access, Thats how much I love this. ❤❤ im obsessed.

Hey R D, It actually has to be done when creating the video itself. I use Adobe Premier and just googled how to make a black screen video. :)

If I remember right, screens that are oled will actually turn off pixels that are black. So if your phone or TV is newer that might be how it looks like it’s completely off.

Bro thank you for this I have a pinkeye so when I look at anything bright it hurts my eyes and I know I wanted to turn some Lofi black screen on if KZfaq had it it made me sleep better and my pinkeye is going away thank you for this

Hey, I'm glad this one helps the little one sleep. Ambient and Lofi have been a huge help for my little one too. I plan on making more videos in the future when our schedule allows, I'm not sure what you mean by more logical ones. I'm open to any suggestions :) Happy Sleeping

Hey @swishersloth5887. I agree, Unfortunatly last year KZfaq decided that they would make a policy that THEY are able to monetize on ANY video. I don't have the ability to turn them off. Even on smaller channels like mine (under 1000 subs)

Hey @goodmusicnet I totally agree. Unfortunately my account doesn't qualify as a KZfaq Partner Program account, so KZfaq is able to put adds throughout my videos and I don't have a way to stop them. My account is NOT monetized.

Hey, thanks for your comment. Good question. For a channel to monetize with ads, they have at least 1000 subscribers. My channel isn't there yet, nor would I put ads in a sleep video. Originally I made them for myself to use and then to share with others. However, KZfaq's newer policy allows KZfaq to put ads and monetize any video on any channel regardless of how many subscribers the channel has with no compensation to the channel itself. So, unfortunately, sometimes, not each video and not every time it's viewed, KZfaq will put a random ad in there. It's happened quite a few times to me as well. I'm sorry if you ended up with a video with one showing up :( Unfortunately, I can't find a way to opt out of KZfaq doing this.
