I get hip pain if I do lot of turns while walking. Its better people notice this and change to normal walking if they sense any hip or knee pain.

சமீபத்துல(ஒரு 4 நாள் முன்னதான்னு நினைக்கிறேன்) வேற ஒரு எலும்பு மருத்துவரோட நேர்காணல் பார்த்தேன் அவர் 8 நடை பயிற்சி முற்றிலும் தவறு வெளிப்படையா சொல்லனும்னா முட்டாள்தனம்னு சொன்னார் ... அதனால மூட்டு பிரச்சினைகள் வரும்னு சொன்னார் ... அதோட இல்லாம பெண்கள் சமைக்கும்போது சும்மா சும்மா உட்கார்ந்து எழுந்துக்குறது படிக்கட்டு ஏறி இறங்குறதெல்லாம் தவறான காரியம்னு சொன்னார் ... இப்போ நாங்க யார் சொல்றத கேக்குறது ... எதை செயல்ப்படுத்துறது ...

Sir what about the possibility of increased stress it creates on knee joints because of sharp turning multiple times in this type of walking? I experienced uncomfortable pain over knee joints while trying Infinity walking but not in regular walking.Whats your thought on this sir?

@@selvaraj7308 Just my own experience. I read it some where and started doing it for the past 2 weeks. They said to do this 21 minutes in one direction and 21 mins in another direction. Within that time I did calculate using my smart watch to see the KM I have walked. In 21 mins we can easily cover 1.3 KM(am little slow) in one direction. Compared to normal walk this is less only. After finishing this I do walk for another 45 mins of normal walking. The difference that I noticed - I cant do this infinity(8) walking without concentraing. There is a brain leg coordination happening that u might notice it visibly. One more thing I set some objects to make this infinity walking rather than drawing some thing on the ground. In that scenario we have to be constantly watching those objects to turn . With regard to ur question on knee joint stress I think you might feel that only initially.
