Well all u said is correct. But one will not get all these benefits if practise wrongly. Because there are so many famous yoga gurus and yoga learning videos on you tube which incorrectly teach yoga andI am a sufferer. I found to know all these when i got through a channel named " yoga guru dheerej" . I obey him as my guru and learnt what yoga actually is. Now life feels easy to me . Everyone should watch him and learn what correct yoga is

Thanks Uma for this. Im little frustrated with my self these days. Even if i used to do Yoga streches for my health, i find it very hard to focus one acrivity and at times sleep deprivation is very high. Im IBS sufferer f9r many years. and Gluten with Lactose allargy. Trying hard to calm my system with Yoga every morning. But, most of the times feels fatigue in the afternoon also without able to proper focus things.

Hi She! How are you? Well I guess you stated that...lol... The reason I wanted to reply to you was b/c no one had and I found similar challenges. Where to begin regarding your comment... After a couple of years of not doing Yoga seriously, I decided to start over again. I first learned yoga through Richard Hittleman's 28 Day Yoga several years ago. I had the three day practice I would do from time to time but noticed that esp. since the covid restrictions, I had the hardest time and wasn't finding it as beneficial So, I bought a used book online and pretended like I knew nothing. I'm only into the 9th day and already, I'm starting to feel the benefits I was missing. I had to start over again, see? Now, as far IBS, look into your diet. Fix that biodome by researching the foods that I help it. Eat those healing foods. The beautiful thing is that with foods and the yoga, you get more clarity to improve even more. And as you start to feel better, it seems that answers start coming. The symptoms you describe are simply your body talking to you. Listen and make corrections, you will be amazed because our body is wondrous and little miracles happen within them. Lastly, be at the grateful place always. Be thankful that you were created and that you get to exist. I have a great connections to Heaven and with myself. I'm always saying hopeful things and even admonish myself over thoughts I may have. Any form of exercise does the exact same things but provides far more benefits. Can’t improve cardio, strength. Its just easier than really exercising hard
