I loved the video as it is fun to watch and these are good tips for women with small but perky butt . But I believe most women's problem is flat butt, not small butt. Clothes can help a little, but not much. To make butt perkier/rounder, exercise targeting glute muscles are necessary, I know this is not something a lot of people want to hear as that will require real exercise . The truth is that if a butt doesn't have muscle tone, skinny jeans will still show the flat butt. CHI's butt is small but perky, skinny jeans look good on her. But I have seen women with flat butt wearing tight skinny jeans, make the flat butt more obvious.

@Just Peachy There is no need for other people to accept whose figure or not. It is about what each person wants. Some people want their butt to be round and they work on it. Other people don't care. Both are OK. Taste is very personal.

Very helpful. You explained why I still like my skinny jeans despite being inverted triangle. I am torn between different fashion objectives like balancing out my lower half (but then my lower half gets lost!). Very fine line of balance. I can totally see how peplums work but i feel only under 40s can suit them.

I don’t know if anyone’s mentioned, but wearing a thong usually makes a noticeable difference to the appearance of your butt. If you don’t normally wear them, give them a try and see what you think. They can be irritating at first, but you get used to them over time.

So happy to have found you. I have my own boutique but have always struggled with jean shape . My butt is on the flatter side, but with skinny jeans it looked okay, now trying to wear straight and yikes. Now I can go shopping and know what to look for

Bootcut styles are usually tighter in the thighs and butt than straight or wide leg styles.

SOS! Or, SMB (Save My Bum)? I am 5'3" and am a 32DD, 26" waist, 34" hips with a ZERO bum...that's right. Flat as a pancake 🥞 (just one). Exercise has never changed it, in fact, lost what little jiggle I did have! I've purchased Democracy jeans, which have darts that go into the pockets, but(t) they still don't fill in the pockets 🙄. And, yes, the embellishments, ie: pocket flaps kinda worked when they were in style, but they just aren't anymore. I noticed a pair of jeans that you showed wearing that had the yoke, darts and pockets. Can you tell me what brand those are? Possibly where I could find some like them? BTW, love your fashion, passion and humor!

Ya know I had a pair of white pants last year that I absolutely loved. They looked so good on my butt and now I see why. Thank you! I don’t have a great butt it’s not completely flat but it’s not bubbly. This is so helpful! Although those tops you mentioned don’t really look that great on white girls who have obviously never been on any healthy diet and have had a few kids. But still. Helpful and those tops do look good on you.

great tips! Thank you! I try to buy as many pants as possible that have a yoke, even with skinny jeans. With slightly looser pants I wear underwear with padding. That way I can carry much more and no one sees it. You have these fillings in different sizes. I like as natural as possible, not too big fillings. love them.

So helpful! I’m an apple shape who lost weight from size 16-18 to size 8-10 and my butt is small and flat now. Pants all seem baggy in the seat and especially UNDER the seat like you showed. I’ll start looking for tighter fit and some new white jeans. Ooh and peplum! Thank you! 💕❤️💕

You still have a cute little bottom, though. For those of us with pancake bums and muffin bellies, a peplum can create the illusion that your bottom curves in at the top and the bottom peachy part curves out. That is, unless the peplum hits too high on your hips and highlights how much bigger your stomach is than your bum. It's really tricky.

Great video! Another tip I would add is ruching at the back. I didn't have a bum until I found these skirts and dresses existed 🤣 Similar to how wearing a thong will make your bum more obvious, ruching does the same thing but without the discomfort!

Diana ,skinny jeans did not work for me either. Hip huggers no way. Try boot cut , they cut in a bit under your bum and the yoke cuts in at top .Yet the boot leg cut flairs out at the knee to give you balance.

Hi Diana 👋 I'm 45 and don't like skinny jeans anymore. I prefer straight leg jeans with a medium rise or high rise . Still fitted around the bum area and a bit loose round the leg but not as loose as wide leg jeans👏😉🥰

I have a small butt & managed to solve this problem. I own many jeans/ pants that have pockets there, some with flaps,etc. I also have booster panties ( the type with padding at bum area). My peeve is that I am skinny on my upper thigh thus there’s loose material there 😕.

Levis have tighter thighs, so if you want jeans that aren't skinny jeans but hug your thighs, try Levis. I can't wear Levis; they're too tight in the thighs for me, so I know what I'm talking about. Lee's, on the other hand, fit looser in the thighs, so keep that in mind.
