This workout uses the same structure (45 seconds per move) but uses different exercises. I originally posted it to my blog back in 2013 and since it was so popular (it's been pinned over 250,000 times!) I figured it deserved a video to go along with it. I always love your videos! Those workouts are really affective! Maybe you could have a little timer somewhere in your video... I love to take a quick glance at how long I still have to suffer xD much love!

I've thought about that-it'd be a great addition to the videos! My editing skills are a work in progress so we'll see how long it actually takes me to figure out how to add in the timers haha

love this! I've been doing workouts daily from youtube videos for a good year now and i don't seem to be losing weight, i know food has a big part of it but in all i don't really eat that much:/ i don't know what I'm doing wrong. Maybe my body is used to the same workouts I'm doing but I'm also on the pill which could be stopping weight loss? its so frustrating, i just want to fit into size 8 jeans and ill be happy! I've started walking daily and this has helped my legs a lot but i just don't want my legs to get bulky, any advice? i also lose weight fast then gain it back after like one chocolate bar or two biscuits for example, its really annoying haha

Strength training / hiit workouts are among the best things you can do to decrease your overall body fat percentage (in addition to a healthy diet of course). Building "bulk" takes a LOT of work, especially for females, so don't be afraid of it. It won't happen unless you are specifically training and eating for it over a long period of time. :) If you've plateaued, I'd definitely recommend switching up your routine (but I can't really give specific advice without working with you personally and knowing what you're currently doing). In general, if you do mostly low-impact workouts, you could try mixing in a high-intensity interval training workout a couple times a week. If you stick to bodyweight workouts, you could try incorporating some heavier weights. And it couldn't hurt to talk to your doctor about the possible effects of the pill. It effects everyone differently and I'm not a doctor so I don't know if this would apply to you, but my personal experience with the pill included weight gain and depression. Again, not meant to scare-some women have wonderful experiences with it-but definitely worth discussing with your doctor. Hope that helps-let me know if you have any other questions.
