I am so glad you've thought of doing all these standing exercises that can be done in a small space, quietly and without a mat. Sometimes people don't have enough space for jumping around, or have neighbours below, or are somewhere with a hard/dirty floor that they can't workout on. Thank God someone has though of catering for people in dorms/hotels/studio apartments who are limited but still want to workout. Thank you!!

this was perfect !!! i’ve been in the hospital with my husband for a week , and i needed to stretch without being on the floor - sleeping in the hospital recliner is doing a number on my body and this helped a lot ... now i want one a little bit longer , i liked the peace it brought and my quiet time while i snuck off to the restroom to do this video 🤫. thank you !!!

This was so relaxing and felt great. I clean houses & businesses 5 1/2 hours a day, 5 days a week. I think I'll try adding this in every evening. I wake up a bit stiff and sore, maybe this will help alleviate that!

I have most of your DVD's which I love but it is also fun to mix up some of your u tube workouts into my routines to add some extra spice. I use to go to the gym to do my workouts but ever since covid I have decided I enjoy working out at home and it saves time I don't have to drive anywhere, more time to spend with my family and animals.

So glad for these right now. I just was hospitalized with a pulmonary embolism. I'm supposed to stick to light, gentle exercise, though moving is good, and these are perfect to get me gently back into things. Not too long so I don't get tired, no impact, pretty much no fall risks (critical) but enough I feel like I did something.

Great quick stretch that can be done anytime, anywhere by anyone because it is all standing, even using a chair for all ages and it is short enough, but it hits all major muscles of the body. It felt wonderful and the music is so relaxing! Thanks Jessica!
