I am so glad you've thought of doing all these standing exercises that can be done in a small space, quietly and without a mat. Sometimes people don't have enough space for jumping around, or have neighbours below, or are somewhere with a hard/dirty floor that they can't workout on. Thank God someone has though of catering for people in dorms/hotels/studio apartments who are limited but still want to workout. Thank you!!

Thank you for this! I’m very heavy and I suffer from chronic dizziness and have a hard time getting off the floor so this is perfect after my standing exercise. Thanks again.

I just finished doing this stretch, and I LOVE it! My body feels so relaxed and calm and stress-free. Next time, I'm going to follow Peanut, lol.

Perfect. I'm 5 months post partum my 3rd c section nursing mom! This was gentle enough not to hurt but effective enough to loosen tight muscles! Feeling nicely open!

this was perfect !!! i’ve been in the hospital with my husband for a week , and i needed to stretch without being on the floor - sleeping in the hospital recliner is doing a number on my body and this helped a lot ... now i want one a little bit longer , i liked the peace it brought and my quiet time while i snuck off to the restroom to do this video 🤫. thank you !!!

Greta way to start the morning!! Especially because I don't get very hungry when I wake up...so this helps me relax and also builds up an appetite!☆ great video!

This was so relaxing and felt great. I clean houses & businesses 5 1/2 hours a day, 5 days a week. I think I'll try adding this in every evening. I wake up a bit stiff and sore, maybe this will help alleviate that!

I have most of your DVD's which I love but it is also fun to mix up some of your u tube workouts into my routines to add some extra spice. I use to go to the gym to do my workouts but ever since covid I have decided I enjoy working out at home and it saves time I don't have to drive anywhere, more time to spend with my family and animals.

Thanks Jessica,l am from England l been doing your workouts on here for 3 years,everyday except Sunday my day off,l used to be British size 18 in clothing which is really like big,l am now a skinny size 10!lost so much l didn't do any dieting just workouts,and l lost my weight

So glad for these right now. I just was hospitalized with a pulmonary embolism. I'm supposed to stick to light, gentle exercise, though moving is good, and these are perfect to get me gently back into things. Not too long so I don't get tired, no impact, pretty much no fall risks (critical) but enough I feel like I did something.

Great quick stretch that can be done anytime, anywhere by anyone because it is all standing, even using a chair for all ages and it is short enough, but it hits all major muscles of the body. It felt wonderful and the music is so relaxing! Thanks Jessica!

Many thanks for this stretching video. Getting on the floor is much harder at 72 than 40, 50, 60, even 70. That's one primary reason I look for and can always find many in your collection, your channel. Especially appreciated the calming piano background music.

This video is great~ at work I am screening children at a daycare entrance and I have lots of time between children arrival, so I've decided to use the time to do stretching and very light exercise instead of standing around. Thank you for this helpful video.

Im just doing a mixed workouts (starts from 10 minutes then after a week ; into cardio for almost 2 months now then adding a dance,walk workout together with her mom( ive watched tru you tube) and i feel great already.I love your workouts.Thanks Jessica and god bless.Ruth from Philipines
