OATS - 1/4 CUP ( OR 2 TBSP ) - ANY OATS IS FINE
WATER - 1 CUP ( OR 250 ML )
OPTIONAL - BANANA ( HALF )
OPTIONAL - BABY FORMULA - 1 SCOOP
LUNCH - DAL (LENTIL) & PUMPKIN MASH ( FOR 8 MONTHS BABY )
INGREDIENTS:
DAL / LENTIL ( MUNG DAL OR TUR DAL ) - 1 TBSP
PUMPKIN - HALF CUP ( OR 100 GMS )
WATER - 1 CUP ( OR 250 ML )
DINNER - FISH PUREE ( FOR 8 MONTHS BABY )
INGREDIENTS:
FISH ( SALMON OR ANY LESS SMELLY FISH ) - BONELESS, SKINLESS - 100 gms
TOMATO ( GRIND AND USE ) - 1

Hi :), I was mostly breastfeeding around 8 months, so gave on demand and 1 time formula milk .. if you’re breastfeeding, you can feed on demand. For formula milk, around 700ml recommended per day. Hope this helps :)

Mera beta 11 months ka hy but wo kch nahi khata ...na doodh shok sy peta hy na koi cheez khata hy jo bhi deti hon bahir nikal deta hy...zbrdasti khilao to bht rota hy....bhook ka syrup bhi deti hon but wo nai khata kch bhi na koi fruit na hi or koi cheez..constipation bh rehti hy usy...plz koi diet plan bta dein jis sy wo khany lag jaye

Hi Ayesha :).. no worries.. give 20-30 ml water 2-3 times a day after starting solids.. this will help with constipation problem.. Try to make a note of your baby’s sleep and wake-up routine and feed accordingly.. do not feed near sleep time or soon after waking up from sleep.. also wait 30-45 minutes after giving milk/formula and feed solids.. Hi, no worries.. try to feed 20-30 ml water 2 or 3 times a day to help with digestion.. also, fruits like papaya and pear will help with constipation problems.. Hope this helps :)

Hi Bandala :), During the first 2 months of starting solids, stick to the 2-3 day rule just to be safe.. Rice and vegetable purées are safe ( you can introduce every 2 days )

Hi, salt and sugar are not recommended until 12 months as too much sugar can cause tooth decay in teething babies and too much salt can affect the kidneys :)

Hi Indhu :), all bananas are good ( you can give all Indian varieties).. We live in New Zealand and only ROBUSTA banana is available.. my baby likes it :)

Hi, no worries :).. try not to feed solids soon after milk as babies are less likely to eat.. try feeding solids 30-45 minutes after milk.. hope this helps :)
