Most likely pens by Sakura aka Microns, Indentipens. Doesn't matter as long as they are permanent and don't bleed. Copic's are great too but they can be pricey. Oh, its all an outline. What you refer to as inline is still an outline. Rendered is finished work and anything with just line work is well, line work.

you should put out an adult coloring book. Id so love to color those. Most of my adult coloring books are tattoo books. I love coloring them.
