This isn't really a concerning issue, at least initially, unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/s52sRweJlm8 So give it time. If you stay blocked after months though, then that’s another story, especially if you have no other means of communication or have no mutual friends. My ex fiance broke up with me and gave me a week to move out. He started dating again before I moved out a few months ago. He's already in his 2nd relationship. I'm actually very happy now and moved on as well. I feel free to be myself and do the things I've always wanted to do without his disagreements and narcissism

Since that's a devastating experience, the desire/intention to fix that particular relationship then becomes a purely subjective experience. There are many causes of one partner going astray and while some cases can be worked on, other cases deserve to be left in oblivion. The mask, i used to this all the time. I wear more makeup & dress nicer. People would compliment my looks and not noticed how sad i felt on the inside. It distracted to me to talk about my looks instead of my feelings

Depends. What kind of changes? Not every couple can survive a major change but some do, so it depends. In almost all cases, once you've been dumped, the best route is to give each other space for at least 30 days and not push things.

@@BradBrowning she got into a rebound that didn’t workout. I’ve done the 30 days and we started talking but I was about him. So told her I didn’t want to hear about him. Then she went NC until coming to get her stuff now been in NC for a further three months it’s been 10 months since she left as she said she deserved better as I wasn’t doing what she had asked, get a third job along with running my own business. Our own place even though I didn’t have the money etc

The mother of my 3 children of 18 years has decided to discard me & have me removed from a house in my name by saying I hugged her too hard. Went to jail, now cant go back home & living in a motel. In 3 weeks I have saw her driving by atleast 7 times looking my direction. Would you say this is a sign she is hurting?

The only signs of discomfort I noticed was that my wife was going out to drink with friends and smoking much more than usual in the days before she moved away with our kids last Saturday. And nothing apart from that. She surely and quickly built a thick stone wall strong enough to hold even herself. Too much for her alleged reason for the separation. She seems really decided to give no chance to regret or any comeback feelings.

@@BradBrowning Oh, I've watched this video some four times already :) Thanks for your attention, Brad. Well, problems accumulated for years already, and the first one was that she suddenly became quite uninterested in sex and intimacy when we were together for some 3 years. Anyways we stayed together, had two kids, but this constant feeling of rejection, added to the stress of having children, kept building up and affected my self confidence and my humour a lot. Since last January or February she appeared to be a bit different, more selfish and too focused on work. In April 20 she announced she wanted to breakup our 12-year relationship. And she did it quite boldly and fast.

It changes things a ton. You're going through a rough patch and your wife having an existing mental disorder can only complicate things further. Anyway the process of saving one's marriage is a bit complicated and in fact, does NOT make use of the "no contact" rule... but this is why I've released a second book called Mend the Marriage. My break up happened July of last year... here and there they would breadcrumb. It stopped after January of this year. Never hearing back from them again. @@BradBrowning Yeah, I never ignored him when he would reach out. He just went silent all together after his final reply in January. I just believe when he couldn't get things by his terms (example) demanding friendship and I shot down the offer. I'm so much more then just a friend... I was that sure in the beginning but we both felt more then just a friendship. So demand that after disrespectful acts and ghosting... it's super hurtful. But I'm not a spiteful person, I just wish he'd say sorry for the damage he did general not only me... I'm rambling, with some time I'd hear him out.. but the longer he goes silent. It makes me feel like, was I really never that important or worthy of his time/effort?

Unfortunately there's no way to verify that. However, if your ex is already in another relationship, it's best to wait for a better time before interacting with them. Just don't wait around doing nothing though. Take a leap of faith on a new path as well because you never know where life can take you, which may be better without your ex who chose someone else over you and especially if their relationship lasts for 6 months or more. Use this time to heal and prioritize yourself. Not necessarily because some folks are naturally not so keen on social media. Don't give up on life basically means don't let yourself go. Don't treat the breakup like it's the end of the world even though it feels like it. So find joy in other stuff like friends, (old or new) hobbies, setting career/personal goals, etc. It's only temporary and you will heal from this. It does get better!

I don't know a ton about your culture but from what I've gathered, these strict rules of marriage you have and who to marry are unbreakable, right? In this case, I'm sorry but this is beyond a relationship counsellor's reach. We don't make or bend these laws as it's strictly your own. Me and ex relationship was really good but the only that kept affection us for consistency from his end not mine and communication but the biggest issue I had was him spending time txting and talking to girls why does he need there time and attention not mine

What was the nature of their conversation? Some folks have a lot of friends however boundaries do need to be set as to what topics to discuss and how he acts around people of the opposite sex. He may be an extrovert who has many friends but if that makes you feel uncomfortable, you can let him know. I was speaking to my girlfriend (current ex) how relationship shoud be and if a relationship doesn't make us better person we must cutet and unseen our feeling 2days later she use my technique and say if we go further we both may get hurt i realize immediately what happend but my explanation was not good are it was not enough she scares she thinks she's not good for me and because the problem she had maybe i don't love her in future but before that she acts so fast and block me from everywhere only because my stupid standards of relationship and she get it wrong plleeeeeease help me

They hurt in silence, just like us men do. It's usually because they think the breakup is for the best unless you show them otherwise it's not...especially if it was a genuine connection and a healthy relationship which went through rough patches. This is what my program is about.
