I have read many books similar to this, and have recently read this booklet. It just reiterates what I have learned through the years, but doesn't have you reading all the success stories and such that one finds in most other books. The one thing that most people don't get, into becoming a millionaire, is the mindset. It's not just keeping a broke attitude, it is about being focused on the goal at hand and still living a life. Steer clear of things that consume your time away from your goal. Things like movies, TV shows, books that don't pertain to your goals, people who monopolize too much of your time and don't respect your work ethics, and other such things are weighing you down from becoming a millionaire. Having too many interests and hobbies may be an issue, too. It boils down to prioritizing everything by importance to your goals. Procrastination is your worst enemy other than yourself. Self talk should always be positive. You have heard of positive affirmations. This is to instill within yourself that you are capable of what you dream to become. Quitting is not an option to millionaires because they eventually find a way to reach their goals.

Everyone can become a millionaire if they invest regularly and are able to distinguish between wants and needs. People actually need very little but want too much.

You can't forget that with your examples of making 1 million dollars a year isn't all profit. You have to take into account taxes, payroll, and other miscellaneous things. So in reality you must make more than 1 million dollars in revenue to somehow get an amazing profit margin to then make 1 million dollars in pure profit. For example, you have a product that's profit margin is 50% that sells for 50 USD. Your yearly expenses are payroll, taxes, R&D, and more. This amounts to 500k. That means you would need to sell 50k Units in order to make 2.5 million in revenue. Now subtract your expenses and you're left with 2 million. Then find your net profit by using your 50% margin and you're left with 1 million USD profit. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO THINK ABOUT!
@omodiagbedominicedeoghon4607
@omodiagbedominicedeoghon4607 4 жыл бұрын
Point of correction. The 50 per cent margin should be calculated first before deducting the 500,000. This leaves a profit before tax of only 750,000.

This video is stupid. Just because you sold a million dollars in product does not mean you made a million dollars. You have to subtract your cost to produce product still. You absolutely need to safe money. Do not invest every penny you have. Successful business owners find a way to run as much as they can thru their business i.e. vacations, cars parts of their homes as tax write offs. Tips to building wealth: Decrease spending Increase income Build cash flow Save some income Invest income to create other. repeatable sources Have a meeting every 90 days to refocus on your plan Work your ass off
