i think JJ and kiaras relationship is going to struggle in S4, i don’t see smooth sailing for them. JJ struggled with his feelings for kie in S3 and i don’t think that fear he had is going to just go away just cuz they kissed, i think he does truly love her but he needs to love himself first and i think kie can really help him do that, i think they are going to struggle at first but if JJ can open up to kie and be vulnerable with her, i think he can start to heal and they will be stronger for it. random hookups aren’t going to help him, the only way for him to work on his trauma is to face it and work through it and i think kie can really help him do that because she knows and understands him so well. not to mention her parents hate him to so that’s going to be another issue for them

Luke must have tell him so many times to quit whinning, that men don't cry, etc. I don't think he will be at ease in a relationship with Kiara, he'll constantly think he's going to destroy it, destroy her. Plus, it'd be his first relationship; think he'll keep looking for random hook up because it's what he's comfortable in. At least, that'd be true to character... I think JJ can be vulnerable with kie and i say that bc of the hot tub scene in S1. at first he tried to play it off like it was no big deal but as soon as she hugged him he fell apart. i think JJ feels comfortable with kie and i think she gets him on a level the other pogues done. she knew why he was pushing her away. she knew he didn’t mean any of what he said and that he was just scared bc of his past trauma, and she didn’t give up on him, she kept challenging him on it until finally he was able to admit his feelings for her, that alone was growth for him, to be able to admit to his best friend that he loves her. for JJ that’s huge. i don’t think a random girl could understand JJ the way kie does. that type of compassion and understanding comes from a lifetime of knowing someone and because they have been friends for so long she gets him. i think kie does sometimes try to overcompensate just in general bc she is a “kook” and she can’t relate to the boys on that level, she doesn’t know what it’s like to actually be a pogue, however she still is, because being a pogue isn’t just about coming from a bad family or being poor, it’s more than that, it’s loyalty, love, friendship etc and she loves all of them so much and she is always there for them, even if it means disobeying her parents.

i honestly think topper is going to team up with rafe in S4 to take down the pogues. i think rafe is going to blame the pogues for wards death and want revenge & rafe and topper will work together to do that.
