Great list. I would add one thought. Incorporate time frames to your trading plan and tracking. The market is a different animal at the open vs lunchtime. I have specific setups that I only use at certain times of the day. Cheers!

I think variance is an important thing to consider as well. Even if you have a solid trading plan, variance can really mess with your head and make you second guess yourself.

Journaling turned me around as I finally faced up to the fact that I had problems to deal with my mindset, entries etc

Risk management is key, I must not fear risk when it comes to trading. I need to establish true consistentcy when it comes to my binary trading.
