Although color is as much a part of visual communication as composition and light, it isn’t often talked about in creative terms. Especially in travel and documentary photography. But color can be leveraged in various ways.
When you become intentional in how you approach color. When you understand what associations different colors have and what moods they can evoke. Then, you can use color in your travel photography to create travel photos that communicate more effectively. Photos that are more powerful.
