Hi Wlad. I wasn't going to bother with the Dewar's Smooth series, but you've got me interested in this one. I'm wondering how casks so alien to Scotland can be allowed by the SWA. This bottle is only $57 in Australia, which is about what Chivas Regal 12 YO costs. I've tried quite a few mezcals, but not the Ilegal brand - it's a bit basic. Some good quality mezcals are quite cheap in Australia, I don't know why.

It's quite low priced all over the world and definitely better than Chivas 12.... I do like mezcal to but it's hard to find a good one in UK... Thanks for comment... Cheers
