There's lots of clans out there and some are definitely more swet than others, if you're looking for a more casual experience then I highly recommend talking to lots of different clans and see who floats your boat.

Artillery is going to decide who wins I feel. With how much resources you gain now, you keep up a constant Barrage. So the team that can do this and protects the artillery crew effectively will win I think.
