On this episode we're joined by broadcast legend and fellow Northsider, John Creedon. John grew up in Cork City centre and shares his experience of what life was like growing up in the city and how he eventually got into broadcasting.
John has enjoyed a remarkable career spanning over three decades with national broadcaster RTÉ and has created some historic documentaries both in Ireland and abroad.
He also has a popular radio show which features on RTÉ Radio 1 every Monday - Friday from 8-10pm.

Ah the penny just dropped! The name of the shop was The Inchageelagh Dairy. I was often in there. Im in London the last 34 years and tis great to hear the cork accent.

Not at all boy! Any morning you wake up and see the ceiling is a good morning. Keep at it and you'll be sound. Try and think of something you can do with your self. Just cause you're in a wheelchair don't mean you're useless. Get your finger out and do something.
