There is a beautiful and welcoming Reception with admin office area. Adjoining the office is a restaurant with 2 x Guest toilets and a fully licensed bar in funky colors. The Restaurant that can seat up to 40 guests.
The Lodge area has this nice Fire-pit in a Boma area and there is a small Shop/Spa room area.
The Accommodation consists of the following:
There is a 1 x 2-Bedroom with 1 Bathroom self-catering chalet with private jacuzzi.
There is a 1 x 2-Bedroom with en-suite Bathroom self-catering chalet with private jacuzzi.
There is a 1 x 5-Bedroom with 3-Bathroom self-catering house with swimming pool and private jacuzzi; and
There is a 1 x 5-Bedroom with 3-Bathroom and with 2-Lofts self-catering chalet with swimming pool.
Function Venue:
Going to the Function Venue from the Bar and Restaurant area, you will be passing the Lion Camp. This functional venue area is suitable to hosts weddings, birthday parties and conferences as this can accommodating up to 100 guests.
There is a Bar area as well as an outside boma area and guest toilets.
Mountain Lodge:
This mountain lodge area needs some TLC. Situated on the Plato and constructed on the beginning of the gorge overlooking and earth dam, this is what it is all about. Currently. This Lodge area can accommodate 8 guests consisting of:
2 x 1-bedroom chalet. These two chalets have its own en-suite Bathrooms.
1 x 2-bedroom chalet with its own en-suite bathrooms.
Electricity is through a generator and the chalets has gas geysers installed.
There is a Communal area with a swimming pool as well.
This Lodge has:
Tented Camp Aea:
This area is also in need of some TLC. 5 x tents were constructed each on their own platform. Each chalets had its own bathroom with gas geysers.
Other:
This property has its own Laundry room area as well as horse stable which is now used as storage rooms.
Manager’s and Other Housing:
House 1: There is a 4-Bedroom managers house with 2-Bathrooms. This is a double story thatched roof house. This house is located a short distance from the main lodge and can also be used or converted into an additional lodge area.
House 2: This is a 3 x Bedroom house with 1 x Bathroom. The Professional Hunter and his family is staying in this house.
House 3: This is a 2 x Bedroom house with 1 x Bathroom House. There is an admin lady staying in this house.
Labour Accommodation:
This property can accommodate up to 10 x workers. Their accommodation is separately fenced off to give them their own privacy and it is neat.
Water:
This property has several fountains running is the summer time and there are 4 x earth dams. There is 3 boreholes which is equipped and working as well as several other un-equipped boreholes. Accordingly to the owner, the one borehole is very strong and they used it for irrigation - now it is equipped with a solar pump.

This Game Farm has a ratio of 80% flat Plato landscape with a slight slope. There are 5% rolling typography and 15 % rocky outcrops/hills. This property also has a very good carrying capacity although the Plato area is mostly sourveld, the grass covering is truly very, very good. The property is relative well balanced. Game drives on the Plato will leave an impression on any person and will never be boring. This is a game farm that has no and the Luxury is just an added bonus.
