Awesome finds Greg & chris the Canadian Maple Twig ( Leaf ) came out in 1937 on King George VI the young Liz in 1953 was the first year for her ATB Jim

I hope you get to find some down there Samuel. I had a lot of luck when I detected down there but I was living in a very old city, Tampa. I guess it depends on where you are in the state. Everything you guys are digging up for the most part seems to be dated around that art deco to the pre WWII time frame. I bet you will be pulling up stuff for a while being there's so !any little targets. It's strange as you hunt you think you find everything. But then the holes get compacted down, maybe even rained in and you can go back and hit it at another direction and still pull more finds up. Smaller deeper finds always come up for several more hunts. What gets me is finding something next to a hole, or even in the hole where I had previously dug something on an earlier hunt. I hope I'm not the only one who experiences this strange phenomena
